3rd Annual Making Autism Work in the Community (MAW) Day on April 12th: Focusing on Public Safety

We are hosting our 3rd annual Making Autism Work in the Community (MAW) day!

Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Practice session location: Coppin State University, 1826 Whitmore Ave, Baltimore, MD 21216, Health and Human Services Bldg

This year, our focus is on Public Safety awareness. We will have:

• A mini resource fair

• Some light refreshments

• A panel discussion on public safety and awareness

• Mock traffic stop with Baltimore Police Officers

• Photo opportunities with BPD

This event is sponsored by Coppin State University, Autism Society of Baltimore Chesapeake and our local Baltimore City Burger King restaurants. This event is for autistics of all ages.
