ASBC completed their mission of providing Communication Facilitators first to the Baltimore City Police Department back in February and now to the Baltimore County Police Department this past week. We are grateful for substantial Financial donations from:

… and of course, our ongoing individual dedicated donors for bringing this to fruition!
Now, police officers in our affiliate demographics have an analog helpful tool whose purpose is to serve as a communication aid during interactions with people who are non conversational, non-speaking or rendered mute given stressful stimuli. It allows officers the ability to gather pertinent identifying information about our citizens that may be crucial in de-escalation or bridging the comprehension gap hence yielding a positive outcome.
